Kita pernah mendengar istilah sampah Organik, dan Sampah Anorganik (Non-Organik), kemudian apa sesungguhnya yang dimaksud dengan Sampah Organik dan Anorganik, serta apa saja contoh-contohnya?

Tempat pembuangan sampah yang biasa disediakan di tempat-tempat umum, biasanya terdiri dari dua jenis daerah pembuangan sampah, yaitu Tempat Sampah Organik, dan daerah sampah Anorganik.

Definisi Sampah
Sampah yaitu sisa acara sehari-hari insan dan/atau proses alam yang berbentuk padat, ibarat tertulis pada UU No 18 Tahun 2008.

Berdasarkan sifatnya, Sampah terbagi menjadi 2 jenis, yaitu:
  • Sampah Organik
  • Sampah Anorganik (Nonorganik)

Sampah Organik
Sampah Organik yaitu Sampah yang berasal dari Makhluk Hidup, dan mempunyai sifat mudah/dapat membusuk atau terurai dalam waktu yang relatif singkat.

Jenis sampah Organik termasuk jenis sampah yang ramah lingkungan, namun tetap memerlukan perhatian khusus semoga tidak merusak lingkungan lantaran sampah yang hiperbola dan kurang perhatian.

Pada umumnya, Waktu yang diperlukan banyak sekali jenis sampah Organik semoga sanggup terurai cukup singkat, meski ada jenis sampah organik yang usang untuk terurai, ibarat contohnya Kayu, Bahkan kayu membutuhkan waktu yang cukup usang semoga sanggup terurai, mencapai lebih dari 10 tahun.

Jenis sampah Anorganik, membutuhkan waktu yang sangat usang semoga sanggup membusuk atau terurai, Seperti contohnya Botol Kaca, yang membutuhkan waktu mencapai jutaan tahun semoga sanggup terurai, Bahan Anorganik lainnya, ibarat contohnya Botol Plastik membutuhkan waktu mencapai hampir seratus Tahun untuk sanggup terurai.
