  • Dalam surat penawaran harus terdapat identitas si pemberi penawaran.
  • Memperkenalkan Jenis produk yang ditawarkan.
  • Mencantumkan daftar produk dan harga.
  • Jika bergerak pada bidang jasa, maka harus menyebutkan jasa apa yang ditawarkan.
  • Alamat tujuan surat penawaran.
  • Nama lengkap pemberi penawaran untuk ditanda tangani dan distempel.
 Adapun format penulisan sebagai berikut :
  • Kop surat.
  • Kepala surat, yaitu terdiri atas tujuan dan alamat surat, nomor surat dan perihal surat.
  • Pembukaan atau salam hormat.
