Jenis dan Bagian-bagian Bunga

Bunga atau disebut juga dengan Kembang, Bunga yaitu bab yang paling indah yang dimiliki oleh Tumbuhan atau tanaman.

Jenis tumbuhan atau flora yang berbunga disebut dengan Divisio Magnoliophyta atau Angiospermae.

Bunga pada tumbuhan selain indah, juga mempunyai fungsi yang sangat penting pada tumbuhan.




Fungsi Bunga
Bunga berfungsi sebagai alat reproduksi atau alat berkembangbiak pada tumbuhan.

Tumbuhan yaitu salah satu makhluk hidup, oleh karenanya flora atau tumbuhan juga melaksanakan perkembangbiakan untuk Meneruskan keberadaan species atau jenisnya biar tidak mengalami kepunahan.

Melalui Bunga inilah flora melaksanakan reproduksi atau biasa juga disebut dengan istilah Penyerbukan atau pembuahan.

Tumbuhan yang berkembangbiak dengan cara penyerbukan atau perkawinan disebut dengan Perkembangbiakan Generatif (Penyerbukan), sedangkan Tumbuhan yang tidak mempunyai bunga berkembangbiak dengan cara Vegetatif (Tanpa penyerbukan).

Menurut bagian-bagian yang ada pada bunga tersebut, Bunga dibagi menjadi 2 Jenis, yaitu:
  • Bunga Lengkap
Bunga lengkap yaitu Bunga yang didalamnya terdapat 4 bab utama di dalam bunga tersebut.

  • Bunga Tak Lengkap
Bunga tak lengkap yaitu Bunga yang didalamnya tidak mempunyai salah satu atau beberapa bab dari 4 bab utama dari bunga.

4 (empat) Bagian Utama Bunga, yaitu:
  1. Kelopak Bunga (Calyx).
  2. Mahkota Bunga (Corolla).
  3. Benang Sari (Androecium).
  4. Putik (Gynoecium).


B. Bunga Sempurna dan Bunga Tak Sempurna

Bunga yang didalamnya terdapat dua jenis alat reproduksi (Sel kelamin) yaitu:
  • Alat reproduksi (Sel kelamin) Jantan yaitu Benang sari (Serbuk sari).
  • alat reproduksi (Sel kelamin) Betina yaitu Putik.

Bunga Tidak sempurna
Bunga yang didalamnya hanya terdapat satu jenis alat reproduksi (Sel kelamin), yaitu bunga yang hanya mempunyai Putik, atau bunga yang hanya mempunyai Benang Sari (Serbuk sari).

Alat reproduksi (Sel kelamin) Pada Bunga terdapat Sel kelamin Jantan yang disebut dengan Benang Sari (Serbuk sari) dan Sel kelamin Betina atau disebut dengan Putik.


Bagian-bagian Bunga
Bunga mempunyai beberapa bab yang mempunyai fungsi dan peranan masing-masing.


  • Ibu Tangkai Bunga (Peduncle, Pedunculus)

Ibu tangkai bunga yaitu tangkai utama yang menopang keseluruhan atau beberapa bunga terhadapa batang tanaman/tumbuhan.

  • Tangkai Bunga (Pedicel, Pedicellus)
Tangkai bunga yang berada dibagian bawah kawasan melekatnya Dasar Bunga dan berfungsi sebagai penopang keseluruhan bab bunga pada tangkai utama.

  • Dasar Bunga (receptacle, receptaculum)
Dasar Bunga yaitu bab ujung dari Tangkai bunga dan sebagi kawasan melekatnya bagian-bagian lain dari Bunga, ibarat kawasan melekatnya kelopak Bunga, mahkota bunga, dan lainnya.

  • Daun pelindung (bract, bractea)
Daun pelindung yaitu helai daun yang terdapat pada ujung tangkai bunga.

  • Kelopak bunga (calyx).
Kelopak bunga yaitu bab terluar yang ada pada bunga, Kelopak berfungsi sebagai pelindung dari bab bunga lainnya yang berada didalam, ketika bunga masih Kuncup kelopak yang menutupi seluruh isi bunga.

  • Mahkota Bunga (Corolla).
Mahkota yaitu bab yang mempunyai bentuk dan warna yang bervariasi dan Indah. Keindahan Mahkota Bunga juga sanggup menarik perhatian serangga untuk hinggap dan membantu proses penyerbukan.

  • Benang Sari (Androecium).
Benang sari berada tegak di bab dalam Mahkota bunga.
Benang sari terdiri dari bagian-bagian lainnya, yaitu: Tangkai Sari (Filamen), Kepala sari (Anthera) dan pada kepala sari terdapat serbuk sari (Polen).

Benang sari berfungsi sebagai alat reproduksi jantan pada bunga.

  • Putik Bunga (Gynoecium).
Putik Bunga berada tegak ditengah bab dalam Mahkota bunga.
Putik bunga terdiri dari beberapa bagian, yaitu kepala putik (Stigma), Tangkai Putik (Stillus), dipangkal bab bawah putik bunga terdapat Bakal buah (Ovarium) yang mempunyai satu atau beberapa bab bakal biji (Ovulum).

Putik bunga mempunyai bab yang disebut dengan Kepala Putik, Kepala Putik inilah yang berfungsi untuk mendapatkan serbuk sari ketika terjadinya penyerbukan pada bunga.
